In the year of 2017, CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems (CES TEMS) was started its publication. It is the English academic journal administered by China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), co-sponsored by China Electrotechnical Society and Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
CES TEMS publishes original and cutting-edge academic papers from around the world on high-performance motor systems, motor drives, power electronics, renewable energy systems, and electrified transportation. CES TEMS has established a high-end academic communication platform in the field of motors and systems. It is committed to continuously improving the R&D and technology level in the field of global motor and system, encouraging technological innovation and promoting the growth of talents of science and technology.
The editor-in-chief of CES TEMS is Professor Weiming Ma, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Dr. Don Tan, executive director of IEEE, is the international editor-in-chief. Academician Guobiao Gu, Academician Renyuan Tang, Academician T. A. Lipo, Professor Robert D. Lorenz and Professor Ichiro Miki, the world-renowned experts in the field of electrical machinery and systems, constitute the Advisory Committee of the editorial board of the journal.
